The Leicester City man has failed to impress during his time at the King Power Stadium.
According to a report from the Guardian, Adrien Silva wants to leave Leicester this month, whether that be on loan or a permanent deal.
The 29-year-old joined the Foxes from Sporting Lisbon in the summer of 2017, for around £22 million, according to BBC Sport, but he could not play for them until the following January because the documents relating to his transfer did not reach FIFA until 14 seconds after the deadline.
Silva hasn’t really lived up to expectations during his time with Leicester, however, chalking up zero goals and just three assists in 21 appearances in all competitions thus far.
And the Portuguese now wants to leave the King Power Stadium, according to a report from the Guardian.
The report claims that the 29-year-old cannot tolerate his situation at Leicester any longer, and that Claude Puel will not stand in his way.
Quite how much the Foxes will demand for his signature is unclear, however, and with just three days remaining until the transfer window slams shut, a loan deal might be the most sensible resolution for now for both Silva and Leicester.
