According to The Sun, AC Milan are interested in signing Tottenham Hotspur defender Davinson Sanchez.
It’s claimed that the Italian giants are pursuing a new centre back in the January transfer window, and may look to raid Spurs.
Sanchez has only made the Spurs bench in one of the last five Premier League games, and is now fourth-choice behind Toby Alderweireld, Eric Dier and Joe Rodon – meaning an inclusion against Arsenal today is unlikely.
On Friday, Eurosport reported that Sanchez is surprised by his role on the fringes of the Tottenham side this season, and will consider his future in January.
Milan could now offer an escape route, but would have to pay close to the £42million Tottenham paid to sign him from Ajax in 2017.
Bringing in such a huge fee would help Jose Mourinho mould his squad, whilst heading to the San Siro could be appealing to 24-year-old Sanchez.

They have recruited a number of talented young players, such as Diogo Dalot, Sandro Tonali, Jens Petter Hauge and Brahim Diaz, meaning they could have an exciting future.
Sanchez needs first-team playing time, and having slipped down the Tottenham pecking order, heading to Milan may make sense – but it will depend on Milan coming up with the cash.
