AC Milan are reportedly keen on Tottenham defender Serge Aurier.

According to the Daily Mail, AC Milan have joined the race to sign Tottenham right back Serge Aurier, who has allegedly told teammates he wants to go.
Aurier, 26, was supposed to be the replacement for Kyle Walker in 2017, and many felt that Spurs had actually pulled off a masterstroke by making a profit whilst signing Aurier to replace the England ace.
However, the Ivorian has failed to really settle in North London, making just 25 Premier League appearances for the club, and he won’t even feature despite Kieran Trippier’s move to Atletico Madrid.
It’s now claimed that Aurier has told Spurs teammates that he wants to leave, and whilst former club Paris Saint-Germain are keen, AC Milan are allegedly joining the race too.
The Italian giants could offer Aurier an escape route, with the European market open for a little longer yet, but a move to Milan seems a little difficult as things stand.
Calciomercato note that Milan see homegrown starlet Davide Calabria as their first-choice right back, meaning it’s unclear whether Aurier’s first-team prospects would even be improved with a move to the San Siro.

The report adds that backup right back Andrea Conti is wanted by Parma, but he’s currently not looking to leave the club, meaning they surely won’t sign another right back just yet.
There’s time for Milan to sort their situation out in that area of the pitch, and with three years left on his £70,000-a-week deal (Spotrac), Spurs will be praying that they can offload Aurier sooner rather than later.
