According to Calciomercato, AC Milan have contacted the agent of Dominik Szoboszlai as they look to sign him ahead of Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain.
The Hungary international has been heavily linked with a move this summer following his impressive form.
Arsenal have long been linked with Szoboszlai. A recent report in the Guardian claims Mikel Arteta will go all out for him if the Premier League club qualify for the Champions League.

But the latest reports from Italy say Arsenal have a big rival in Milan.
The Serie A club will have a new manager in Ralf Rangnick next term. The German manager is a big influence, with Szoboszlai reportedly keen to play under him.
Milan have reportedly intensified talks today with his agent Matyas Esterhazy over a move to the San Siro.
Szoboszlai is widely regarded as one of Europe’s brightest talents. The 19-year-old midfielder enjoyed an excellent campaign at Salzburg, netting ten goals.
RB Salzburg’s success in the Champions League helped Erling Haaland secure a transfer to Borussia Dortmund in January and it appears Szoboszlai is next to move.
A previous report from Calciomercato claim Salzburg seek £22 million for him.
Arsenal must look at strengthening their midfield this summer.
Dani Ceballos is likely to return to Real Madrid after his loan. There is a lack of creativity and energy in midfield, and Szoboszlai could add both aspects.
If the Gunners are serious in their interest, they may have to make their move quickly.
