AC Milan have now reportedly joined the race for Everton winger Nikola Vlasic.

According to Calciomercato, AC Milan have now joined rivals Inter Milan in the battle for Everton’s Nikola Vlasic, with the Toffees preparing to auction him off to the highest bidder next summer.
Everton faced Hajduk Split in the Europa League in the summer of 2017, and then moved to land their star prospect Vlasic before the transfer deadline in a shock deal.
The Croatian talent, 21, showed real promise under Ronald Koeman but then found himself completely frozen out under Sam Allardyce, leaving him to basically lose the second half of last season.
Vlasic was hoping for a chance under Marco Silva but didn’t find one, and was subsequently loaned out to CSKA Moscow for the season, where he has notched five goals and two assists in 15 games.
Vlasic is again showing real potential, but still looks unlikely to salvage his Everton career, and a move to Italy could be in the pipeline come the end of the season.

Calciomercato now report that AC Milan are fighting bitter rivals Inter Milan for Vlasic’s signature, with Everton preparing to let him see out the season at CSKA before auctioning the youngster off to the highest bidder in the summer of 2019.
Everton will hope to land a profit on Vlasic off the back of his displays in Russia, and would give Silva some more money to play with for players he actually wants at Goodison Park.
