Arsenal star Oleksandr Zinchenko is fit to face Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday, according to Football.London.
Oleksandr Zinchenko fit for Arsenal v Liverpool
Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal will take on Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool in North London in the league today.
Zinchenko, who can operate as a left-back or as a midfielder, is reportedly fit to face the Reds.
Football.London have reported that Zinchenko – described as “absolute class” by Gunners legend Martin Keown on Match of the Day on BBC One (10:53pm, August 20, 2022) – did not play for Arsenal against Bodo/Glimt in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday because of precaution.
Although the Ukraine international was not involved in Arsenal’s training session on Friday, he will be part of the squad to face Liverpool today, according to the report.

Huge boost for the Gunners
In our opinion, if Arsenal star Oleksandr Zinchenko is fit for the match against Liverpool, then it will enhance their chances of winning the Premier League game.
The 25-year-old has established himself as an important player for the Gunners since his transfer from defending Premier League champions Manchester City in the summer transfer window.
Zinchenko has done well at left-back for Arsenal, and if the Gunners have him even as an option on the bench, then it will increase their chances of picking up all three points from the Premier League game.
