Leeds United are set to sign Aapo Halme.

Leeds United are closing in on the signing of Finnish defender Aapo Halme.
The report states Leeds were interested in Halme in the summer, only for injury to then scupper the move. Now they appear to have got their man.

Halme, 19, plays for HJK Helsinki and is a promising centre-back.
Their renewed interest was reported earlier in the day by Finnish outlet MTV Sport.
Halme would become Leeds’ second signing of the transfer window, following Japanese midfielder Yosuke Ideguchi.
It is unclear at this stage whether Halme would battle for a first team spot or play with the under-23s.
Leeds are reportedly set to pay 560,000 Euros for his signature.
