Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal are likely to miss out on the signing of Paulo Dybala to Inter Milan in the summer transfer window, according to 90min.

Arsenal to miss out on Paulo Dybala to Inter Milan

90min have reported that Inter are extremely close to signing Dybala on a free transfer this summer despite contact from Arsenal and Manchester United.

The report has claimed that an agreement between former Italian champions Inter and Dybala is ‘95% finalised’.

90min have credited interest in the Argentina international star, who is a free agent at the moment following his departure from Juventus at the end of last season, from AC Milan, Arsenal and Manchester United.

FCInterNews reported last week that both Arsenal and United have been in touch with the agent of Dybala.

Not a surprise

In our opinion, Paulo Dybala reportedly about to join Inter Milan and not Arsenal should not be a surprise.

After all, the Argentine star, who can operate as a forward or as an attacking midfielder, has been playing in Italy since 2012, and he is clearly settled and happy in Serie A.

Yes, Arsenal are a big club, but Inter are massive as well who won the Serie A title under current Tottenham Hotspur head coach Antonio Conte as recently as 2020-21.
