According to Sky Sports, Newcastle target Paul Pogba is likely to leave Manchester United this summer, after being booed by supporters.
What’s the story?
Well, the £93.2m man was jeered by the Old Trafford crowd after being substituted in the 3-2 win over Norwich on Saturday.
Pogba could be seen cupping his ears in response, and now, the France international’s representatives are in talks with Real Madrid and Juventus.
It comes after The Sun revealed that the 29-year-old is a target for Newcastle, as the Magpies look to spend their newfound riches.
Pogba’s contract with Manchester United expires in June, and he is highly unlikely to sign an extension.
So far this season, the World Cup winner has made 27 appearances in all competitions for the Red Devils, scoring one goal while also providing nine assists.
Newcastle could sign Paul Pogba

When you first heard this rumour, we wouldn’t blame you for scoffing with scepticism – it would be a major coup by Newcastle.
However, it certainly isn’t impossible, mainly due to the Saudi Arabian takeover.
Crucially, Sky Sports believe Pogba is open to remaining in the Premier League, which will be welcome news to Eddie Howe, Amanda Staveley and Mehrdad Ghodoussi.

Of course, the Magpies will have to pay his eye-watering £290,000-a-week wages, and may even end up having to increase his wages seeing as he’d arrive on a free transfer.
Keep an eye on this saga, as Pogba is set to become one of the biggest names on the free transfer market this summer.
