According to Tuttosport, Paul Pogba is now interested in a move to Paris Saint-Germain, amid interest from Newcastle and Aston Villa.
What’s the story?
Well, this isn’t good news for Eddie Howe or Steven Gerrard.
Tuttosport believe Pogba is hoping to join Juventus, but is also interested in a move to PSG with the French giants hoping to bring him back to his homeland.
It comes after The Sun claimed that Newcastle and Aston Villa are both keen to sign the £93.2m man when his contract with Manchester United expires in June.
It may sound ridiculous to see the pair linked, but after Newcastle’s Saudi Arabian takeover, the Magpies have the funds to sign almost any player in Europe.
Aston Villa may have a more difficult pursuit on their hands, but anything could happen this summer.
Paul Pogba should ignore Newcastle & Aston Villa for PSG

In our view, Pogba should return to France and join PSG.
The 29-year-old is an icon of French football, having amassed 91 caps while also lifting the World Cup in 2018.
It would be nice for Pogba to spend the remainder of his prime years at the Parc des Princes, where he would have a fantastic chance to resurrect his career.

He would also have a much better chance of winning a first ever Champions League should he move to the French capital.
Newcastle and Aston Villa may have ambitious plans, but in our view, a move for Pogba may be a step too far on this occasion.
