The Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Bruno Jordao is close to leaving Molineux, according to a report in his native Portugal.
Record claims Jordao will join Famalicao on loan.
The 21-year-old only moved to Wolves in August 2019, costing a rumoured £8 million from Lazio.
But he made just four first-team appearances all season, totalling around 180 minutes of football, as injuries hindered his progress.
Given his young age and the amount of time left on his contract (four years), Wolves could still see a return on their investment.
And a temporary spell in Portugal could act as the catalyst to that.
Famalicao exceeded expectations last season, finishing sixth in their first campaign back in the top-flight.
One of their star players, Pedro Goncalves, was also on Wolves’ books as a midfielder.

But Goncalves has since signed for Sporting in a reported £6.2m deal.
Famalicao’s manager is the former Hull City, Watford and Everton assistant Joao Pedro Sousa, who worked under Marco Silva.
The club are backed by the Israeli billionaire Idan Ofer, who also owns a stake in Atletico Madrid.
