According to Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg on Twitter, Dier has been offered to Bayern.
The German giants are considering making a move for the 29-year-old England international.
Bayern reportedly find Dier’s versatality very attractive.
Dier has spent most of recent years playing as a central defender for Tottenham, but he can also operate as a midfielder.
Tottenham head coach Ange Postecoglou seemingly does not have Dier in his plans for this season.
The 29-year-old has been a regular for Spurs over the years and has been a mainstay in the North London club’s defence.
However, Dier is struggling to get into the team now.
The Tottenham no. 15 is yet to make an appearance in the Premier League this season.
We believe that Dier should not hesitate to join Bayern.
Bayern are one of the biggest clubs in the world who regularly win the Bundesliga title and also aim to clinch the UEFA Champions League.
Leaving Tottenham for Bayern would be a step-up for Dier.
Kane has been flourishing at Bayern since his move from Spurs this season, and Dier could be a success at the Allianz Arena too.
England international striker Kane has scored three goals and given one assist in two Bundesliga appearances for Bayern this season.
Dier has made 270 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
The £85,000-a-week (Spotrac) Englishman has scored 12 goals, given nine assists, and kept 86 clean sheets in those games.
