It has been reported that Tottenham head coach Jose Mourinho is looking for a central defender, with Jan Vertonghen set to leave the North London outfit this summer when his current contract runs out.
The report has added that former Manchester City defender Savic is Mourinho’s “first option”.
It has been further claimed that Atletico will sell the 29-year-old centre-back for €15 million (£13.47 million), and that the player himself is open to a move to Spurs.
