Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United have been linked with Christian Pulisic, but according to a well-known an well-respected journalist, the USA international star does not fancy a move away from Graham Potter’s Chelsea in the January transfer window.

Over the weekend, The Daily Mail reported that Arsenal, Newcastle United and Manchester United all want to sign Pulisic from Premier League rivals Chelsea in the January transfer window.

Liverpool could also made a move for the American, who can play as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, if the price is right.

Chelsea are considering whether or not to cash in on the 24-year-old, who has just over 18 months left on his current contract at the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners, according to the report.

The Blues paid £58 million for Pulisic, who is starring for the USA at the 2022 Qatar World Cup at the moment, when they signed him from Borussia Dortmund and are willing to take £35 million for him, according to The Daily Mail.

However, according to SkySport journalist Florian Plettenberg on Twitter, Pulisic does not want to leave Chelsea in the January transfer window and wants to continue to play for the Blues.

Pulisic, though, could change his mind if he gets a great offer after the World Cup, although that is unlikely, according to Plettenberg.
