According to Calciomercato, Everton and West Ham could land Marseille striker Arkadiusz Milik for just €12 million (£10.4 million) this summer.
The 56-cap Poland international only joined the Ligue 1 side in January, moving from Napoli in an 18-month loan deal.
However, as Get French Football News state when relaying information from RMC Sport and Gianluca Di Marzio, there is one condition.
Marseille are obligated to buy the 26-year-old so long as they pick up a single point during his time with them, for a fee of €12 million (£10.4 million).
Now, the aforementioned report from Calciomercato – which came out yesterday – reveals this exact figure will also be Milik’s release clause.

Any side interested in signing him this summer can do so if they stump up £10.4 million.
This news should be of interest to Everton and West Ham, who were both monitoring the striker back in January.
Onet said that West Ham submitted a £6 million bid for the former Ajax marksman, and were planning a second offer.

In Everton’s case, Tutto Mercato Web said that the Toffees identified Milik as someone who could ease the goalscoring burden on Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
If they are still keen on the Pole – who Ligue 1’s official website described as a ‘superstar striker’ – then one of the Premier League duo could get a bargain this summer.
