The Italian publication has claimed that Milinkovic-Savic has said ‘no’ to Newcastle for the time being.
Arsenal are interested in the 27-year-old Serbia international midfielder and could pay as much as €60 million (£51.24m) for him, although Lazio president Claudio Lotito wants €65 million (£55.51m) for him.

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic blow for Newcastle United
In our view, Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic turning down Newcastle United is a blow for the Magpies.
The 27-year-old is one of the best players in Serie A and is at the top of his game at the moment.
Milinkovic-Savic has experience of playing in European competitions with Lazio, and we think that he would move to a club who are regulars in the Champions League and challenge for titles and trophies.
Newcastle are an established club in the Premier League and have very wealthy owners in PIF, but it is hard to see them challenge for the title or play in the Champions League in the next two or so years.
