Tottenham Hotspur target Andre Onana has had a change of heart over his future at Ajax, according to the Daily Mail.

Onana came out on record in AD and said that he wanted a move away from Ajax this summer.

However, the £50 million goalkeeper, who the Daily Mail said was on Tottenham’s radar back in February, is now said to be prepared to stay for another season.

Although Onana ultimately does want to move on from the Dutch club, it is claimed that his stance has softened now.

Onana may opt to stick with Ajax before pressing for a move next year.

Whether Tottenham would have the money to fund a move for Onana by that time remains to be seen.

Mourinho’s side are thought to be shopping on a limited budget currently, as they have suffered heavy financial losses over the past year.

As a result Hugo Lloris looks set to spend at least another year as Tottenham number one, even though the experienced Frenchman hasn’t fully convinced over the past campaign.
