West Ham United have decided to put Issa Diop up for sale, amid rumours that he would join Tottenham Hotspur this summer, Sky Sports report.
Foot Mercato said in May that Tottenham wanted to sign Diop, and that the central defender was willing to sign for the Lilywhites.
The latest update now from Sky now claims that West Ham want £45 million for the defender, which suggests that if Spurs were to make a move this summer, they may find that the Hammers are willing to listen to offers.
Diop has previously impressed Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho, with the Portuguese manager saying he performed like a ‘monster’ in the London Evening Standard back in 2018.
Diop is regarded as one of the most promising defenders in the Premier League, but David Moyes has spoken of his desire to add more experience at the back this summer.
Whether Tottenham would be willing to match the Hammers’ asking price for the 23-year-old now remains to be seen.

Diop may have a lot of potential, but he has still shown a tendency to make errors at West Ham, and he may not be the biggest upgrade on Tottenham’s current options.
Spurs already have Toby Alderweireld, Eric Dier, Japhet Tanganga and Davinson Sanchez who can play at centre-back, but Mourinho is thought to be looking to bring in another quality option in defence.
