According to Il Roma, Napoli will now accept €50 million (£43 million) for Liverpool and Everton target Kalidou Koulibaly.
The information, found in the print version of Il Roma (relayed by Tutto Napoli), claims Liverpool and Everton could land a bargain.
Il Matino recently revealed that Anfield could be a possible destination for the 29-year-old.
Elsewhere, talkSPORT claimed that Everton want Koulibaly this summer.
Now, after Il Roma’s revelation, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see more clubs get involved in the race for Napoli’s colossal centre-back.
During a global pandemic, you might think that £43 million is still a lot for a 29-year-old, and you wouldn’t be wrong in thinking that.

However, this can be considered a bargain due to how much the 43-cap Senegal international was worth in 2018.
As Goal state, Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis confirmed that he rejected a £95 million bid from Manchester United for Koulibaly in 2018.
The former KRC Genk colossus is widely regarded as one of Europe’s best centre-backs, so to get him for £43 million would be a real coup.

In a market that’s been hit by COVID-19, Koulibaly is Napoli’s main money maker – he’s their biggest asset by far.
Should they be financially struggling, it would be safe to assume that this could be his last season in Naples.
