Kamil Grosicki is now desperate to leave West Bromwich Albion and join Legia Warsaw before the Polish transfer window slams shut at midnight, as reported by Polsat Sports.
With just four months until the European Championships kick off, the veteran winger is becoming increasingly concerned.
And who can blame him? Grosicki is desperate to feature for his country at another major tournament but, with game-time drying up at The Hawthorns, he faces an uphill climb as he looks to win over new Poland boss Paulo Sousa.
Although, with just hours to go before the Ekstraklasa window closes, Grosicki has one last chance to escape his West Brom nightmare.
The former Hull City forward has been left out of the matchday squad for each of the Baggies’ last six games, including Saturday’s 0-0 draw with Burnley.

Polsat Sports add that Grosicki is willing to take a 60 per cent pay cut in order to seal a return to his homeland, although it is still far from guaranteed that current league leaders Legia would be able to pay out £14,000-a-week.
The report claims that West Brom may also terminate Grosicki’s contract, which expires in the summer.
That would free up a place in Sam Allardyce’s squad; one that may allow the Baggies to renew their interest in Ahmed Musa.
