Italian outlet TMW claim that Manchester City and Arsenal target Arthur has agreed to join Valencia, a side managed by Gennaro Gattuso. A loan deal has been agreed, but the La Liga side will have to up their wage contibution.
Arthur, 25, has spent the last two seasons at Juventus but struggled to replicate his best form – since joining the club from Barcelona. Indeed, the Brazil international has been somewhat of a rotational option in Turin.
Arsenal were strongly linked in January and that interest remains. Meanwhile, Manchester City and Juventus could come to an arrangement that sees Arthur move to the Premier League champions – and Ilkay Gundogan the other way.

The latest report claims that Arthur has given the green light over a move to Valencia on loan. However, Valencia are only willing to pay 20% of his wages at the moment and Juventus want more. Time will tell, over the next few weeks.
Manchester City and Arsenal target Arthur has agreed to join Valencia
Arthur is a top midfielder. A player that has proven over time he is good enough for the Champions League. But ultimately, he is not going to get into City’s starting line-up and at Arsenal, he will only be a rotational option.
A move to Valencia for the Brazilian would see him get regular game time. He would play constantly for Gattuso’s side, not least because he is very similar in terms of the type of player. His best move is to go to Valencia this summer.
