Jonas Lossl is keen to leave Everton during the January transfer window with Marseille and Inter Miami keen on the out-of-favour goalkeeper, as reported by TipsBladet.

With the European Championships just a few months away, Lossl knows that he is in a race against time.

Either he finds a way out of Goodison Park before the February 1 deadline, or he risks missing out on a place in Denmark’s 23-man squad this summer.

The 31-year-old has not played a single minute of first-team football in 2020/21. In fact, he is yet to even make his debut for an Everton side he joined from Huddersfield Town almost two years ago.

With Jordan Pickford and Roma loanee Robin Olsen now firmly established as Carlo Ancelotti’s first-choice goalkeeping options, TipsBladet suggest that Lossl, who still hopes to feature at the Euros, has grown tired with life on the sidelines at Goodison Park.

Fortunately, the experienced shot-stopper has two enticing offers on the table.

A move to David Beckham’s Inter Miami side would see Lossl link up with Gonzalo Higuain and Blaise Matuidi on the other side of the Atlantic.

Marseille, meanwhile, would offer the former Guingamp star the chance to remain on the European stage, although first-team football would hardly be guaranteed at the Stade Velodrome with the long-serving club legend Steve Mandanda as impressive as ever between the sticks.

Lossl is under contract until 2022 and earns £28,000-a-week at Everton (Spotrac).
