Tottenham Hotspur and Everton target Jack Grealish fears that he will be priced out of a move by Aston Villa, according to The Times.

Grealish played a key role in helping to keep Villa in the Premier League, but by doing so he may have made his departure more difficult.

Villa are now said to be demanding £80 million for their star player, as they are under no pressure to sell, despite interest from the likes of Tottenham and Everton.

The Daily Star suggested that Jose Mourinho’s and Carlo Ancelotti’s sides both wanted to take Grealish ahead of the summer transfer window.

However, with Villa wanting so much money for the playmaker, Tottenham and Everton both could be priced out of making a move.

Grealish is now set to discuss his future with Villa this week, with the player potentially looking to make a move.

Grealish is a huge Villa supporter, but the 24-year-old may need to move to a higher placed club to really fulfil his potential.

If Tottenham or Everton are to sign Grealish this summer they are likely to have to compete with Manchester United, who are also keen on the Birmingham-born schemer.
