Arkadiusz Milik has an offer on the table from Tottenham Hotspur but the Napoli forward would prefer to join Serie A champions Juventus instead, according to Calciomercato.

It was a tale of three centre-forwards at San Siro on Tuesday night.

But while Romelu Lukaku ran Napoli’s defence ragged and Lautaro Martinez secured a 2-0 Inter Milan triumph with a long-range rocket, Milik endured a night to forget as Napoli slumped to a 12th defeat of a tumultuous season.

You’d be forgiven for forgetting the Poland international, who has had a mixed campaign to say the least, was actually part of the proceedings in Milan.

After all, in 84 minutes on the San Siro turf, Milik mustered just 18 touches of the ball and a grand total of zero shots on target.

On that evidence, Napoli should jump at the chance to cash in to the tune of £23 million.

Especially with sporting director Cristiano Guintoli telling Sky that the former Ajax star has rejected the chance to extend a contract which expires in 2021.

Milik has been heavily linked with a move to long-standing suitors Spurs but it seems that, not for the first time, the North London giants will miss out on securing his signature.

Calciomercato claims that the 26-year-old has his heart set on competing with Cristiano Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala in a Juventus attack which, while fearsome on paper, has malfunctioned far too often during the underwhelming Maurizio Sarri era.

Then again, maybe this has something to do with the fact that Juventus will offer Milik a staggering £9 million contract (TuttoJuve).
