The Genk midfielder is said to have set his sights higher than Sheffield United.

The Genk midfielder, Sander Berge, has snubbed an approach from Sheffield United, according to HLN.
The Belgian newspaper claims Sheffield United made an official bid for Berge, for whom it is claimed Genk want €25 million (around £22.5m).
It is unclear, however, how much was offered by the Blades.
HLN states that Berge thanked United for their interest, but is aiming higher than a move to a Premier League ‘newcomer’.
Berge, a 6ft 4 defensive midfield player, is regarded as one of Norwegian football’s brightest prospects.
The 21-year-old set up three goals in 28 games to help Genk become champions of Belgium last season and was linked by Teamtalk to Tottenham Hotspur in late 2018.
His position is one in which Sheffield United have yet to address in the summer transfer window.

Berge’s fellow Norwegians, Jan Åge Fjørtoft and Jostein Flo, played for the Blades in the 1990s.
Would Berge have been a good addition for Sheffield United?
