Jamal Lewis was surprised that Liverpool’s offer for him was so low, according to the Pink’Un.
Liverpool made a £10 million bid for the full-back, which was quickly swatted aside by Norwich City, who were simply not prepared to let one of their best talents go so cheaply.
Lewis had wanted a move to Liverpool, but the left-back appreciates that his current club did not want to let him go at a cut-price.
As a result it is said that the 22-year-old will not kick up a fuss after missing out on a transfer to Anfield.

Lewis and his agents apparently thought that Liverpool would bid more to try and take him to Merseyside, but instead they went out and signed Kostas Tsimikas.
Liverpool are now sorted at left-back, with Andy Robertson also at the club, which means that Lewis will no longer be on their radar.
It now remains to be seen whether Lewis will get a move to a Premier League club this summer.
But the youngster is apparently more than happy to stay at Norwich if nobody comes in and offers the Canaries’ valuation of him.
