Arsenal target Malang Sarr has done a u-turn over his future, according to Informa Futbol, and now wants to sign for the Gunners.
The Sun claimed that Arsenal approached Sarr last week, but at that point it seemed that they had made their move too late.
Sarr was apparently heading to the Bundesliga, with the French defender very much in demand.
However, the latest reports claim that Arsenal have managed to convince him that signing for them would be his best option.
The Gunners’ offer is now said to be the most attractive for the free agent defender, following the expiration of his contract at Nice.
Sarr could turn out to be a bargain signing for Arsenal, as they look to strengthen their defence, if they can get the deal over the line.

The 21-year-old has proven a reliable figure in Nice’s backline and appears to have an extremely bright future.
On a free he represents one of the best value for money signings on offer this summer, and it is no surprise that so many clubs are interested in taking him.
If Arsenal were to land Sarr he could offer them cover at centre-back or at left-back next term.
