Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea and Frank Lampard’s Everton reportedly want to sign Sasa Kalajdzic, but the VfB Stuttgart striker is keen on a move to Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United instead.

Chelsea and Everton target Sasa Kalajdzic wants Manchester United move

Sky Sports have reported that Manchester United are considering signing Kalajdzic from German club Stuttgart in the summer transfer window.

The Austria international striker himself is keen on a move to Old Trafford and is ready to leave Stuttgart this summer, according to the report.

This will come as a blow for Chelsea and Everton.

That’s because both Chelsea and Everton are reportedly interested in securing the services of the 25-year-old Austrian.

The Daily Mail reported last week that the London club and the Merseyside outfit are interested in Kalajdzic.

The report has also mentioned interest from Manchester United in the striker, adding that he is valued at £15 million.

Stats

Sasa Kalajdzic has given one assist in one Bundesliga appearance for Stuttgart this season.

The Austrian striker scored six goals and gave one assist in 13 Bundesliga starts last season.

Kalajdzic scored 16 goals and provided five assists in 23 Bundesliga starts in 2020-21.

The striker is at the right age to take the next step in his career and move to a big club, such as Manchester United.
