According to El Nacional, Barcelona want to replace Ronald Koeman with Jürgen Klopp, in a bid to solve the ongoing crisis at the Camp Nou.
What’s the story?
Well, this is hugely ambitious.
The Spanish news outlet believe Joan Laporta – President of Barcelona – is considering a swoop which would cost €36m (£30.9m) across a three-year contract.
El Nacional add that Klopp has an excellent relationship with Liverpool, so much so that he’s allowed to leave whenever he wants.
The story adds that Klopp is open to leaving Anfield, as he’s won pretty much all there is to win on Merseyside.
We’re assuming that El Nacional mean the most prestigious trophies, as the German is yet to win the FA Cup or League Cup with the Reds.
El Nacional even state that Klopp would be willing to lower his €8m-a-year salary – which equates to £132,692-a-week – to €6m-a-year in order to make the move happen.
Jürgen Klopp won’t leave Liverpool for Barcelona

In our view, there’s no chance of this happening.
Barcelona just aren’t the club for Klopp.
As Robbie Fowler told the Mirror, Klopp rejected Manchester United due to their heavy focus on the commercial side of the game.
It was also said that Klopp likes clubs who have a strong connection to their fanbase, and are solely focused on getting results.

Given the mess Barcelona find themselves in right now, we can’t imagine Klopp would jump at the chance to manage them.
It just feels like a poor fit in every sense.
If this happened, it would be one of the most surprising things to happen in football since the turn of the century.
