Last night, Everton recorded a gritty 1-0 win over West Brom as the Toffees got one over on Sam Allardyce at the Hawthorns.
It really wasn’t a pretty affair in the Midlands, and despite winning, the Merseysiders really were sloppy at times throughout the match.
So much so, that Jordan Pickford spent nearly five minutes screaming at his teammates to switch on against the Baggies.

Someone had to inject a bit of urgency into the Toffees last night, as Carlo Ancelotti’s men were looking extremely lethargic at times.
Thankfully, Everton managed to keep their Champions League hopes alive as Richarlison netted the game’s only goal.
The Toffees are now fifth, just one point behind Chelsea with a game in hand over Thomas Tuchel’s side.
Richarlison also made history with his second-half header.
The former Watford attacker has now scored in four consecutive Premier League games, becoming the first Brazilian to do so in the competition as OptaJoe tweeted.
That is a fantastic achievement, and it might just turn out to be the biggest goal of Everton’s season if it gets them into the Champions League.
