Chelsea manager Graham Potter will not have defender Thiago Silva available for the Premier League match against Javi Gracia’s Leeds united at Stamford Bridge this coming weekend due to the injury he suffered against Tottenham Hotspur at Tottenham Hotspur Stadum this past weekend, according to The Times.
Chelsea without Thiago Silva v Leeds United
Brazilian star Silva suffered an injury to his left knee during the London derby between Tottenham and Chelsea this past weekend.
The £110,000-a-week (Spotrac) defender was forced off in the Premier League game.
Tottenham won the London derby 2-0.
The Times have reported that Chelsea do not expect the 38-year-old to be back for the match against Leeds this coming Saturday.

Chance for Leeds to win v Leeds
In our view, if Thiago Silva does not play for Chelsea at Stamford Bridge this coming weekend, then it will enhance the chances of Leeds United to pick up all three points from the Premier League match.
Now, we know that the Blues are struggling at the moment.
Under manager Graham Potter, Chelsea are not scoring goals or winning matches.
Silva is one of the best centre-backs in the world, and him missing against Leeds means that Javi Gracie’s side will have a chance of picking up all three points from the encounter.
