Sunderland, Aston Villa, Stoke City, Fulham, Liverpool, Swansea, Southampton, Newcastle and West Ham targets feature.

Last season Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers’ reigns in the English elite ended joining Wolverhampton Wanderers in next season’s Championship after relegation from the Premier League, but which players from these 3 sides could or should find themselves in the Premier League next season with new teams?

Wolverhampton Wanderers

Steven Fletcher

Fletcher was signed in 2010 for a joint record fee and the man in the Scotland international wilderness impressed last season despite Wolves woeful campaign. A goalscorer who also brings those around him into the game Steven is courting interest from Sunderland and Aston Villa and certainly deserves another crack at the Premiership.

Michael Kightly

Wolves may now consider cashing in on the talented but injury prone winger with a move to Stoke City mooted. So far Wolves have resisted temptation to sell Essex lad but the former Spurs trainee may be a perfect fit for Stoke City’s crossing game.

Matt Jarvis

Speaking of crossing game Matt Jarvis is surely too good to be playing in the Championship. An indifferent end to last season was likely linked to his all clubs all round dismal performances. After winning an England cap in a brilliant 2011 he would like to add to that success and has been linked with Stoke, Fulham and Sunderland

Bolton Wanderers

Lee Chung-Yong & Stuart Holden

Both players may feel they owe a debt to the Trotters after being stuck by through thick and thin during an injury ravaged 18 months. Both now appear to be returning to fitness and are incredibly talented for the Championship, and may consider a move back to the Prem.

Mark Davies

One of last season’s standout players as Bolton faltered in an injury ravaged season Owen Coyle will consider keeping the creative midfield player at the Reebok this season. Considered a transfer target for Brendan Rodgers at Swansea that interest may carry on to Liverpool although the Swan’s will target Davies themselves if Joe Allen moves on.

Blackburn Rovers

Steven N’Zonzi

The powerful rangy midfield player is far too talented to play in the Championship and after a protracted move to Sevilla seems to have stalled Sunderland are now reportedly the favourites to sign the Frenchman.

Martin Olsson

The dynamic full back has followed in the footsteps of N’Zonzi and asked to leave the Lancashire club and with his speed and crossing ability has been linked with a move to Newcastle, West Ham and Sunderland.

Scott Dann

Dann is a talented centre-half and has previous of leaving relegated sides after his move to Ewood Park from Birmingham in 2011. Has been continually linked with a move to newly promoted Southampton but Nigel Adkins side reportedly have serious competition from Dutch giants Ajax for the 25 year old Liverpudlian.
