Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to discuss what Sergio Reguilon posted on his Instagram account yesterday.
The Spain international was filming Gareth Bale, Ben Davies and Joe Rodon walking in a swimming pool at Hotspur Way.
Reguilon can then be heard shouting ‘mafia’ in relation to Bale’s new celebration, in which he makes a ‘W’ with his fingers in tribute to the club’s Welsh contingent.
Him, Davies and Rodon now appear to be known as the ‘Welsh mafia’ – don’t ask how it started, but it looks like it’s here to stay.
After Reguilon shouts at the trio, Bale makes the ‘W’ gesture with his fingers, prompting a chuckle from the Tottenham No.3.

It may only have been a nine-second piece of footage, although it shows that there is a great bond between some of the players at Spurs.
Who knows – perhaps Davies and Rodon being at Tottenham has helped Bale settle back in quicker than he might’ve done without his fellow Welshmen.

You could also argue that Bale being at Tottenham has helped Reguilon, as the pair travelled from Madrid to sign for Spurs at the same time over the summer.
Let’s see what the Tottenham fans on Twitter have been saying about the footage…
