Oxford, who can operate as a central defender or as a defensive midfielder, is struggling for playing time at West Ham at the moment.
The 19-year-old, who had a loan spell at German club Borussia Monchengladbach last season, has yet to make an appearance in the Prmeier League this campaign.
The England Under-20 international – who earns £20,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – has suggested that he would be looking to move on in the January transfer window if he does not get playing time in the coming weeks.
Oxford told The Times: “The club has done a lot for me. Given me my debut. Made me the player I am.
“I could never talk down the club. But right now I need to be playing and if West Ham are not playing me, I’ve got to move on and part ways.”

West Ham United departure
Oxford is a very talented and promising young footballer, and he is only 19 years of age.
However, the teenager needs to be playing regular first-team football at this stage of his career, or at least stand a chance of doing so.
It would make sense for the versatile footballer to find another club in January where he at least has a chance of playing for the first team.
