The former manager believes the Arsenal man has all the qualities to become a star.
Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain celebrates scoring their first goal
Writing in the London Evening Standard, Harry Redknapp has claimed Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could establish himself as one of the best players in the Premier League.
The 23-year-old is enjoying something of a resurgence of late, recently scoring both goals in the 2-0 win over Reading in EFL Cup.
Those goals took him to five for the campaign, more than he has managed in all of his previous seasons since joining the Gunners in 2011.
The task is now for him to try and break into the current first team setup, with the likes of Alex Iwobi, Theo Walcott and Mesut Ozil currently keeping him out the team.

And Redknapp believes if he can establish himself, he could become of the best in the Premier League. He wrote in the London Evening Standard:
“Alex is an outstanding talent. I first saw him playing for Southampton when he was only a baby — probably about 16 — and you could see then he had it all.”
“It is in Alex’s hands to establish himself as one of the best players in England. I honestly believe that he could be that good because he has got it all.”

Unfortunately for Oxlade-Chamberlain, it won’t be easy to claim a starting spot.
Iwobi, Ozil and Walcott have all impressed with the Gunners joint top of the Premier League and the division’s joint second highest scorers with 19 to their name.
That record is likely to make Arsene Wenger hesitant to change at this moment in time and the midfielder will likely have to bide his time before being given his chance.
