Tammy Abraham is open to a move to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal, amid interest from Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur, according to The Athletic.
The Athletic have reported this morning that Arsenal wanted to sign Abraham from Chelsea in the summer of 2021, but the striker moved to AS Roma instead.
Arsenal are still keen on the England international striker and are following him closely, according to the report, which has added that the 24-year-old is ‘open to a return to London’.
However, Roma reportedly have no interest in selling Abraham, who become the highest scoring English player ever in a single Serie A season with 17 goals this campaign.
The Athletic reported in March that super-agent Jorge Mendes is searching for possible replacement for Harry Kane at Tottenham should the striker move to Manchester United and has held talks over a deal for Abraham.

Tammy Abraham transfer to Arsenal or Tottenham could happen
In our opinion, a potential transfer of Tammy Abraham from AS Roma to Arsenal or Tottenham Hotspur this summer could happen.
If Arsenal or Tottenham make a big offer for the former Chelsea striker, then Roma could be tempted into selling him.
That the striker himself is reportedly open to a return to England would also play a big role.
