Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the report in The Times about teams facing possible expulsion from the Premier League if they join a breakaway competition.

Tottenham are among 12 clubs who formed the European Super League this week.

Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal are the clubs from England who joined the breakaway group.

However, the European Super League collapsed amid pressure from football governing bodies, media, the players, and the fans.

This was a big event in the world of football, and, according to The Times, the Premier League are taking steps to make sure that this does not happen, at least from the English clubs.

The report has claimed that the Premier League will now change its rule so that no member club will be able to join a breakaway European league ever again.

Any team wishing to join such a breakaway group will be immediately removed from the Premier League, according to the report.

Some Tottenham fans are not particularly pleased with the idea of immediate expulsion and have found some flaws with it, as shown below.
