Well, there’s more questions than answers about Michail Antonio following another relatively dismal performance in a West Ham United jersey.
The former Nottingham Forest attacker, who cost West Ham £7 million, has been struggling in quite a major way in recent weeks.
On Wednesday, he drew yet another blank as the Hammers lost 2-0 away to Arsenal.
As usual, Antonio provided a hell of a lot of running, but there was virtually no end product and his hold-up play didn’t bother the hosts in the slightest.

And the Newcastle United icon has described Antonio’s latest effort as ‘really, really sloppy’.
He told Optus Sport: “He looks very sluggish. Everything that’s going up to him is bouncing off him. When the ball goes up to you, it has to stick.
“He cannot keep giving it away like he’s been doing. Everything that’s been up to him has been really, really sloppy.”
Worrying period for Hammers
The massive problem that West Ham United have is that when Antonio is profligate, there’s nobody David Moyes can call upon to take the goalscoring burden off him.
The Jamaica international is the Hammers’ biggest goal threat by a million miles and therefore it makes perfect sense that when Antonio hasn’t been scoring, the Irons’ form has declined.
On Wednesday, he didn’t manage a single touch of the football in the Gunners’ box, which virtually epitomises the problem that the East London outfit had.
