Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has raved about his teammate Cody Gakpo.
Mohamed Salah has said on Stadium Astro that he has been impressed by how his Liverpool teammate Cody Gakpo has done for the Reds in the second half of the season..
Salah said about Gakpo: “He knows how to play football for sure, and I am not concerned if he doesn’t score.
“As long as the team is winning, he is going to score anyway. He is a really clever guy, and he always wants to learn.”
Mohamed Salah praise for Cody Gakpo testament to Liverpool forward
In our view, Cody Gakpo is one of the best forward players in the Premier League and has been very good for Liverpool in recent weeks.
The Netherlands international forward moved to Liverpool from PSV in the January transfer window.
The former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners paid an initial transfer fee of £35 million for Gakpo.

The forward did struggle initially, but he has now fully adapted to the pace of the Premier League and has grasped the way Liverpool play under manager Jurgen Klopp.
Gakpo has made 17 starts and three substitute appearances in the Premier League for Liverpool since his transfer in January.
The Liverpool no. 18 has scored six goals and given two assists in those games.
Gakpo also made two appearances in the UEFA Champions League for the Reds.
Liverpool will be aiming to win the Premier League title next season, and we believe that Gakpo will play a big role in that quest.
