Will one of Chelsea or Tottenham lose a star player?

Tottenham Hotspur’s efforts to cling onto Christian Eriksen could be helped by Real Madrid’s interest in Eden Hazard.
The Telegraph report Real are closely monitoring both players and are determined to land one in the summer.
Both Hazard and Eriksen are currently letting their contracts run down and are into the final 18 months.
Chelsea chose to cash in on Thibaut Courtois last summer when he was in the same situation, selling to Real.
Hazard has spoken on multiple occasions about his admiration for Madrid and it is likely he would want to join his Belgium international teammate at the Bernabeu.

Hazard has been at odds with current Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri, who has criticised the player’s leadership skills.
The Telegraph report Chelsea would seek a minimum of £100 million for Hazard.
A Hazard move to Madrid would clearly help Tottenham’s hopes of keeping Eriksen put, preventing Real from bidding.
It wouldn’t stop the Spanish giants holding out to try and land him on a free transfer in summer 2020, but it would buy Spurs more time to convince him sign a contract extension.
