Real Madrid are reportedly tracking Juventus attacker Dusan Vlahovic as a potential long-term replacement for Karim Benzema, with Tottenham also keen on signing the Serbian international.
According to ESPN, the 23-year-old striker is being monitored by Los Blancos as an option to replace the reigning Ballon d’Or winner Benzema, with the Madrid captain now 35-years-old as the UEFA Champions League holders look to take stock for the future.
With Vlahovic leading the line for Juventus this season, the Belgrade-born forward has impressed for the Serie A giants despite the ongoing transfer speculation linking the Serbian to a move away from Turin at the end of this season, with Premier League sides seemingly keen on the attacker.
CalcioMercatoWeb reported in January that Tottenham, as well as the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United, are all interested in signing Vlahovic, with Madrid now joining the party as Juventus could now make quite the profit on their 2022 January signing.

As reported by TuttoJuve, the Old Lady have placed a £91m asking price for their star striker ahead of the summer transfer window, and with Madrid likely to spend big at the end of this season, signing Vlahovic could be a realistic option for Carlo Ancelotti’s side.
Indeed, Juventus’ ongoing financial scandal could open the door for any player to leave Turin this summer, and with Madrid now tracking Vlahovic, there’s every chance that the European giants could beat Tottenham to signing the Serie A goal-machine in the coming months.
Madrid now easy favourites to sign Vlahovic in the summer

Vlahovic’s rise has been quite something given that the attacker was a relative unknown in the English footballing world over 18 months ago. Yet now the striker is one of the most recognisable names in Europe, and Madrid could now be favourites to beat Tottenham to the forward in the summer.
Whilst Spurs might have the resources to match Juventus’ current demands, Madrid’s reputation and pull will work wonders in trying to convince Vlahovic to join the club, with Tottenham likely to now miss out on the striker to their European rivals.
