Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has been heavily linked with Real Madrid recently.
Perez has said that he now has a good relationship with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy, after their past dealings.
Madrid have signed Luka Modric and Gareth Bale from Spurs in recent times, and they have recently been strongly linked with Kane.
But Perez insists that Madrid know they simply cannot sign the striker from Spurs, as he will cost too much money.
“No, honestly, it has not crossed my mind, we are delighted with Benzema and the whole team,” Perez said, when asked if he wanted Kane.
“I did not ask for the price, if I ask for the price, they tell me that 250 million. we have made friends after the operations of Modric and Bale – with the president of Tottenham -, always gives me the congratulations when we win a Champions League, but he reminds me that with his players.”
Tottenham’s Kane has been said to be on Madrid’s radar, after his blistering spell of form.
Kane has scored 15 goals in his last 11 appearances for club and country, with his reputation seemingly growing by the game.
Kane also put in a strong showing at the Bernabeu recently, as Tottenham picked up a 1-1 draw with Real Madrid in the Champions League.
Kane is set to be rested tomorrow, when Spurs take on West Ham United in League Cup action.
