Liverpool are reportedly keen admirers of Real Madrid forward Marco Asensio.

Real Madrid ace Marco Asensio has an offer on the table from Liverpool, according to Spanish media outlet Diario Gol, as the player becomes increasingly more frustrated at his lack of game-time at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo reported earlier this week that Los Blancos will not sell the 22-year-old for anything less than €720 million (£635 million) in the summer, although that seems rather extortionate to say the very least, in spite of his undoubted talent.

The Spain international is one of the most highly-coveted young players in Europe, and he would be a sensational signing for Liverpool, if the Reds hierarchy could somehow negotiate a deal to bring him to Anfield.
Diario Gol claim that the player himself has told Madrid bigwigs that he has an offer on the table from the Merseyside club, with regular game-time at the Bernabeu proving to be hard to come by.

Asensio has scored 20 goals in 73 career appearances for Los Blancos, and can play anywhere along the front-line.
If Madrid stick to their word, though, and do not budge on their £635 million asking price, he will surely remain in the Spanish capital for the foreseeable future.
