Charly Musonda has signed for Celtic on loan until the summer of 2019.

Spanish side Real Betis have sent a Tweet to Celtic after the Hoops secured a deal to sign Chelsea winger Charly Musonda on loan until the summer of 2019.
Betis and Celtic have shared a strong connection after one of their founders, Manuel Asensio Ramos, had studied in Celtic during his academic years. He supported Celtic during his time in Scotland, and took the green and white back to Spain.

The connections do not stop there following the signing of Musonda, after the Chelsea trickster went on loan to the mid-table La Liga outfit for a year between January 2016 and 2017.
Celtic confirmed the signing of the 12-time Belgium Under-21 international on Monday and Betis sent a Tweet to Celtic following the confirmation of the deal, stating “he always looks good in green and white”.
The signing of Musonda comes at a crucial time with the Hoops suffering a huge injury crisis that sees Craig Gordon, Marvin Compper, Anthony Ralston, Stuart Armstrong, Paddy Roberts, Tom Rogic, Jonny Hayes and Leigh Griffiths all sidelined.
With Rogic, Roberts and Hayes still out of action, Musonda finally adds much-needed cover on the flanks, easing the pressure on Scott Sinclair and James Forrest. Musonda could make his debut on Tuesday night against Hearts.
