Reading’s Modou Barrow has been linked with an exit from the club.

According to a report by Get Reading, Reading speedster Modou Barrow wants to leave the Madejski Stadium this summer as Montpellier, Rennes, Saint-Etienne and Toulouse are cited with an interest.
The report claims the Royals will seek a £1 million fee for the winger with the club needing to sell players in order to comply with Financial Fair Play rules.
Barrow joined Reading from Swansea City on a four-year deal back in 2017. The 26-year-old arrived at the Madejski Stadium having made over 50 Premier League appearances for the Swans.
In his first season, Barrow netted 10 Championship goals for Reading. However, last season he struggled to make much of an impact, scoring just four times as the Royals survived relegation to League One.

Barrow was reportedly the subject of a £2 million bid from Hull City last January. Football London claimed the Tigers initially wanted the winger on loan before making his move permanent.
A move to the KCOM Stadium, however, failed to materialise and now Barrow seemingly plots an exit.
The Gambia international may feel he can feature at a higher level than Reading, and the Berkshire club’s financial troubles suggests they could be in for another relegation battle this coming season.
