Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers and Celtic are both believed to be interested in Reading youngster Liam Kelly.
According to Get Reading, Jaap Stam is calm about Liam Kelly’s future at the Madejski Stadium – despite reported interest from Glasgow Rangers and Celtic.
HITC broke the news that Rangers are interested in Reading youngster Kelly, with the pair keen to do a deal in January.
However, Reading are believed to be calm about the situation – even though the 21-year-old’s contract is close to expiring.

Kelly has just six months remaining on his current deal with the Royals, meaning Rangers and Celtic will be free to open talks with the youngster when the transfer window reopens.
But Reading are believed to be confident that Kelly will turn down all advances from Rangers and Celtic to pen a new deal.

Get Reading suggest that contract talks are going well with the midfielder, and Kelly could be set to pen a new deal in the near future.
Kelly has made 11 appearances for Jaap Stam’s side this season, and he has helped Reading climb into the play off spaces in the Championship table.
