Fazio joined Tottenham from Spanish club Sevilla in the summer of 2014 for a transfer fee reported by The Telegraph to be worth £8 million.
Much was expected of the Argentina international, but the central defender struggled to make an impact at White Hart Lane.
The 31-year-old had loan spells at Sevilla and Roma before he joined the Italian club on a permanent contract in the summer of 2017.
