Rangers boss Mark Warburton admitted on Thursday the Ibrox side could allow players to leave this month.
Glasgow Rangers winger Barrie McKay is a target for Bundesliga high-flyers RB Leipzig, according to the Daily Record.
McKay is said to have caught the eye during Sunday’s friendly between the two teams, and preliminary talks have allegedly taken place.
The 22-year-old has 18 months remaining on his Ibrox deal, and a number of Premier League sides are reportedly monitoring his situation.

However, the Daily Record adds that Ralf Rangnick, the Leipzig sporting director, believes he can ‘get in ahead of any bidders down south by making an offer now’.
According to a Leipzig source, the club believe they can prise McKay away from Rangers for between £5 million and £7 million – reuniting him with Scotland teammate Oliver Burke.

The Paisley product moved to Ibrox from Kilmarnock as a youth and made his Gers debut age 17.
After successful spells at Morton and Raith Rovers, McKay returned to Rangers’ plans following Mark Warburton’s appointment and has been a regular this season, scoring three goals and creating nine in 27 league and cup appearances.
