RB Leipzig ace Yussuf Poulsen spoke to reporters ahead of his side’s Europa League clash with Celtic on Thursday night, and warned his team that they will face a tough challenge when they visit the Glasgow giants, as quoted by the Daily Record.

The German side ran out comfortable 2-0 winners against Brendan Rodgers’ men two weeks ago at the Red Bull Arena, but they will surely be in for a tougher evening at Parkhead this time around.

Celtic currently sit in third place in the group, having taken just three points from three games thus far, so they absolutely must beat Leipzig on Thursday night.

Poulsen spoke to reporters ahead of his side’s clash with the Bhoys, and warned his teammates that they will be in for a tough evening in Glasgow, as quoted by the Daily Record:

“Of course we know it’s one thing winning 2-0 at home but it’s another to going to Celtic Park. I saw for myself what the Celtic fans are like. It will be a great atmosphere on Thursday which we will have to deal with. That’s going to be a factor. I would say the two teams are about the same level.”

Rodgers’ Celtic side will have to be at their very best on Thursday night, if they are to have any chance whatsoever of beating the Germans, and if they manage to do just that, their dreams of qualifying for the knock-out stages of the competition will be very much alive.
