Burnley should eye up Anderlecht striker Lukasz Teodorczyk as a potential replacement for Andre Gray, who looks set to depart this summer.

Burnley could be set to lose striker Andre Gray this summer, as talks over a new contract have stalled. The 26-year-old has one year left to run on his current deal but wants a big pay increase.

According the Mirror, West Ham United are ready to make a £15 million bid for the unsettled forward. Burnley may be resigned to losing Gray, who scored nine goals for them in the Premier League last season.

Clarets boss Sean Dyche will be tasked with finding a suitable replacement this summer.

The funds raised by any potential Gray sale will most likely be reinvested back into new recruits as Burnley look to improve on last season’s 16th-placed finish.

One player that should be considered as Gray’s successor is Anderlecht forward Lukasz Teodorczyk.

The 26-year-old enjoyed a stunning first campaign in Belgium, helping them to the Belgian Jupiler Pro League title and notching up 30 goals in all competitions along the way.

Liverpool and Everton are rumoured to be interested in securing the services of the Polish international, as reported by the Daily Star.

Despite only signing for the club permanently in March, Anderlecht are willing to listen to offers for the Polish international.

The Belgian giants value the forward at £10 million. If Burnley accept West Ham’s offer for Gray then the Clarets will have more than sufficient funds to bring the in-demand Teodorcyzk to Turf Moor.

Despite not having any prior experience of playing in England, Teodorcyzk has the potential to be a big hit in the Premier League and in today’s current transfer market, £10 million could prove to be a steal.
